Validity: After ordering the products, the customers admits the terms of delivering and payment of the supplier. Other terms are valid only , if this is prearranged in written form.

Prices: All prices are valid without obligations plus costs for packing and transport.

Terms of payment: After ordering, the customer gets a proforma invoice. The form of payment is advance payment.

Delivery time: Shipping will be arranged immediately after payment.

Shipping: Shipping is performed at the risk of the recipient. The supplier is not liable for damaging or loss during the transport. He has no duty to insure the products.

Complaints: The buyer should check the products within 8 working days after receipt. If there are any defects, please inform the supplier in written form. Later complaints cannot be accepted. In the case of justified complaints we exchange the article. Further claims are not possible.

Returns: Returns of products are only accepted after prior written authorization. The costs have to be paid by the buyer.

Legal domicile and place of fulfilment: Germany (FRG), Berlin. In case of controversies only decisions under German Law are valid.
